Standard Title Services

In addition to FISMA compliance audits with the Federal Information Systems Controls and Audit Manual (FISCAM) published by the U.S. General Accounting Office (GAO). we also have experience in performing software assurance utilizing automated tool and manual code reviews, FedRAMP assessments, and DoD DIACAP C&A assessments.

Chain of Title and Title Commitment

  • Obtain and update chain of title, including copies of all instruments that created rights, interests or encumbrances on the property, such as utility easements or related actions, and provide preliminary easement boundary and ingress/egress descriptions.
  • Provide preliminary, Title Commitment, which includes requirements and exceptions to title. We provide updates to title as required, and issuance of Final Title Insurance policy.
  • Underwriters to include; Fidelity Title, First American Title and Old Republic Title.

Closing Services and Funding

  • Obtain signatures on Warranty Easement Deeds, and on Subordination Agreements, assist with clearing exceptions on title to the property, and other services as necessary to finalize the easement transaction.
  • Provide the same services as in a commercial transaction including obtaining and recording deeds, and any necessary curative instruments to assure merchantable insurable title to the easement in the name of the client.
